Bhaki has over twenty years’ experience in the Human and Resources Management and Organisational Development consultancy. He has held senior positions in several companies where he has developed and implemented human resources strategies systems and procedures. He has extensive consultancy experience in both the public and private sector organisations in strategy formulation and implementation, institutional/organizational development. Managing change,. human resources systems and performance management. He is a fellow of the institute of Personnel management of Zimbabwe (FIPMZ) and holds an MBL (UNISA), Post Graduate Diploma in Linguistics and English Language Teaching (Moray House College Edinburg) BA (Hon) from the University of Sierra Leone. Diploma in Training Management (IPMZ) and Diploma in Personnel Management (IPMZ).

Bakhethisi Mlalazi

Bheki is a seasoned human resources Practitioner with vast experience attained over sixteen years of engagement in management consultancy, personnel departments set ups, pension fund management, national employment council issues, negotiations (wages and industrial issues) and restructuring of personal systems and functions. He is a fellow of the institute of Personnel management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ).

Bheki Sibanda

Gift has over 15 years’ experience in the Finance and Admin field and under Head Hunters worked with big cooperates like Mimosa mine, Zimplats, IDBZ Unilever ,Cairns among others. Vast knowledge and experience in finance strategy formulation, budget controls and monitoring, Management accounts, Creditors and Debtors analysis and supervision. Actively involved in formulation of labour broking models currently being used by big Corporates like Cairns foods, Unilever, FSG, Petrotrade and Mimosa mine to cut on the labour costs.

Gift Chisakuwana

Maqhawe is a seasoned professional whose experience spans over 11years working at various levels of leadership in Operations across industry. With a background in Business Administration, he brings with him expertise in the fields of Strategy facilitation and execution, Performance Management, Job Evaluation and Culture Transformation along with a broad understanding and appreciation of the HR issues and management.

Maqhawe Masiye

He has over twenty years of versatile strategic and organizational development expertise working with leadership in articulating organizational strategy and strategy execution. He has demonstrated expertise in such assignments as process reengineering and organizational and functional analysis process. Andrew has worked with various organisations both in the public and private sector to develop strategies, structures that are best suited to deliver the prevailing direction of the organization. He has further demonstrated expertise in functional analysis and development of organizational designs as well as carrying out of capability assessment and development of remedial strategies to ensure efficient organizational resourcing strategy. Andrew is one of the eight in the world Norton and Kaplan Advanced Certified Graduate on the on the Balanced Score Card system and the XPP strategy execution methodology awarded by the Harvard Business school in the USA, ASCA in Namibia, Hutech International in South Africa and KSM in Zambia. Andrew is a holder of a Bachelor of Business Studies Honors degree and MBA both from the University of Zimbabwe, an intermediate Diploma and a Higher Diploma both from IPMZ, a BSC Certificate from Harvard Business School. He is currently working on a PHD program where he is looking at ‘’The Anatomy of appeasement initiatives and their applicability on customer recovery in cases of damaged business relationships.’’.
