Andrew is one of the eight in the world Norton and Kaplan Advanced Certified Graduate on the on the Balanced Score Card system and the XPP strategy execution methodology awarded by the Harvard Business school in the USA, ASCA in Namibia, Hutech International in South Africa and KSM in Zambia. Andrew is a holder of a Bachelor of Business Studies Honors degree and MBA both from the University of Zimbabwe, an intermediate Diploma and a Higher Diploma both from IPMZ, a BSC Certificate from Harvard Business School. He is currently working on a PHD program where he is looking at ‘’The Anatomy of appeasement initiatives and their applicability on customer recovery in cases of damaged business relationships.’’.
