Principle Accountabilities
- Develops detailed reports for the HR Board Committee, highlighting key HR initiatives, challenges, and outcomes
- Utilizes HR analytics tools to track employee performance, turnover rates, and other key metrics
- Balances the global HR strategy with local operational needs, ensuring consistency and adaptability
- Supports organisational changes in Mozambique and Botswana, providing leadership and guidance to HR teams
- Prepares and presents comprehensive reports to the Executive Committee (EXCO) that reflect HR metrics, workforce trends, and strategic initiatives
- Creates reward systems linked to performance metrics to motivate employees
- Develops and implements competitive compensation packages that attract and retain talent
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborates with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organisational goals
- Participates in workforce planning and talent management initiatives
