Principle Accountabilities
- Leads the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
- Oversees all aspects of the Sino truck selling operations
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- ·Monitors sales performance and provide coaching and support to the sales
- Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
- Manages inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of trucks
- Prepares and manages the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met
- Ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies
