Principle Accountabilities
- Manages client relationships and identifies opportunities for new contracts
- Drives Sales across all business units
- Analyzes data and creates reports to identify areas of commercial and revenue growth
- Bids on new projects and negotiate contract terms
- Assists the Sales Manager to close sales
- Develops, aligns and ensures effective implementation of the company’s commercial operations
- Monitors and manages all commercial operations to ensure optimal performance
- Ensures the sound collection, analysis, and leveraging of data to ensure delivery of consistent customer service, commercial performance, and revenue targets
- Oversees development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and SOPs, in support of commercial strategies
- Ensures sound stakeholder and contract management in support of the commercial strategy
