Principle Accountabilities
- Manages the development and implementation of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinates and leads the work of cross-functional teams, such as architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors
- Monitors and manages project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Ensures all project work meets industry standards and specifications
- Acts as the primary point of contact, providing updates on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track
- Ensures all construction work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Maintains accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders
