Principle Accountabilities
- Develops, collaborates with the CEO and execute the overall strategy , growing its educational offerings, ensuring financial sustainability and maintaining competitive positioning
- Creates and implements targeted advertising campaigns and promotional strategies to increase visibility for key events
- Manages the budget to ensure financial health, looking for revenue growth opportunities, including driving increased enrolment and participation in key events through effective marketing
- Builds and maintains relationships with industry leaders, businesses and professional bodies to secure partnerships, increase sponsorship opportunities and promote the organisation` s key events to expand its influence
- Recruits, trains and retains high-quality members, ensuring alignment with the organisational goals
- Ensures the organisation's tax and commercial programmes comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of professional ethics, especially in advertising and marketing practices
