Principle Accountabilities
- Ensures exceptional guest experiences by handling check-ins/check-outs and addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Manages housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff, supervising and training them to uphold high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality
- Oversees daily operations, including laundry, linen supply, and waste management
- Manages budgets, tracks expenses, and maintains accurate financial records
- Assists with marketing initiatives, responds to booking inquiries, and manages room bookings and reservations
- Coordinates maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
- Monitors and maintains high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service
