Principle Accountabilities
- Oversees daily operations of the branch, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
- Ensures that the facility is well-maintained, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Develops and implements strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitors customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain a positive shopping experience
- Manages inventory levels, including ordering stock, minimising waste, and overseeing stock takes
- Works with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure quality products are available
- Monitors branch financial performance, including sales targets and budget adherence
Ensures branch compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols
- Analyses market trends and customer needs to develop competitive marketing strategies
- Identifies opportunities for growth and expansion within the branch
