BRANCH MANAGER

Principle Accountabilities

  • Oversees daily operations of the branch, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
  • Ensures that the facility is well-maintained, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Develops and implements strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitors customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain a positive shopping experience
  • Manages inventory levels, including ordering stock, minimising waste, and overseeing stock takes
  • Works with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure quality products are available
  • Monitors branch financial performance, including sales targets and budget adherence Ensures branch compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols
  • Analyses market trends and customer needs to develop competitive marketing strategies
  • Identifies opportunities for growth and expansion within the branch

Requirements

  • Relevant degree
  • Previous experience in retail or wholesale management in a similar or related position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting software
