Principle Accountabilities
- Designs, evaluates and implements operational policies & procedures to align with the relevant statutory requirements and evolving business requirements
- Establishes and ensures attainment of Operations key performance ratios and indicators (KPI’s) in alignment with industry trends and internal expectations
- Identifies and translates key internal and external customer needs and requirements into business opportunities
- Ensures periodic business performance reports are produced and presented to the CEO together with performance improvement plans
- Collaborates with other internal departments, providing necessary guidance, oversight, and management to ensure sufficient support for the Operations function
